SnapBingoX uses one category of optional cookies — Google Analytics — and they stay off until you accept them in the cookie banner. Declining does not limit any feature of the game.

We use Google Consent Mode v2: analytics and advertising storage default to denied and are only enabled after you click "Accept". We do not run advertising cookies on this website.
📋 Data we process
- Analytics data (only with your consent): pages visited, approximate country, device type — aggregated by Google Analytics 4.
- Browser game data: drafts, an active-event snapshot, access receipts and host settings may be kept in local or session storage on your device so the generator can work and recover an event. Player rosters and caller history are held in the active tab and are not synchronized to other devices.
- Assigned card links: a player link or QR code contains the game setup and assigned card data in the URL itself. The host chooses who receives that link. It is not a shared join room, so treat each assigned link as private.
- Payments: PayPal processes the payment. We store the PayPal order ID, event ID, pack size, amount, currency and a signed access record needed to verify the one-time purchase. We do not receive or store your card or bank-account number.
- Host directory: if you register a host profile, we store the display name and allowed social links you submit. Active profiles are shown publicly for up to seven days after their latest update. A secret browser token controls later profile updates.
- Public games: if you explicitly choose "Publish to Public Gallery" when hosting a game, the game's title, word list, style settings and (optionally) your host name are stored on our servers and shown on a public web page that anyone can view and that search engines can index. Individual player cards and player names are never published. You can unpublish your game at any time from the create page on the same device, or by contacting us; any visitor can also report a public game from its page.
- Contact data: if you contact us, we process the details you send solely to reply.
- Security and server logs: our hosting provider (Netlify) processes IP addresses in standard server logs. We use keyed, pseudonymous session and rolling 24-hour network identifiers, rate-limit counters and pseudonymous reporter identifiers to prevent free-tier abuse, secure payment recovery and handle public-game reports. Raw session secrets are not stored, network identifiers are not used for advertising, and these values are never included in the public game API.

If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/UK GDPR) gives you the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Equivalent rights may apply under your local law (for example the LGPD in Brazil or the Data Privacy Act of 2012 in the Philippines — see the localized versions of this page).
To withdraw cookie consent, clear this site's data in your browser (the banner will appear again), or contact us via the contact page. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
