Terms of Use

These terms apply to snapbingox.com, including the card generator, printable PDFs, browser player cards, community pages, and paid event packs. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. What SnapBingoX provides

SnapBingoX helps you create unique bingo cards, export cards to a PDF, run a caller, and assign browser cards through individual player links or QR codes. Player marks and caller state are local and are not synchronized between devices. Features may change as we improve the service.

2. Free use and event packs

You may create one anonymous event with up to 50 unique cards free per browser and shared network in each 24-hour period. Larger events require the event pack shown at checkout. Unless the checkout page explicitly says otherwise:

• a paid pack is a one-time purchase for the specific event you create;
• the card limit is the maximum number of unique card units available for that event; for 90-ball bingo, one card unit is a complete six-ticket strip, with each ticket arranged as a 3×9 grid;
• the pack supports a print-ready PDF plus a host console that creates assigned browser-card links; and
• there is no subscription or recurring charge.

Current pack sizes and prices are shown on the pricing page. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.

3. Payment and delivery

Paid packs are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. You authorize the displayed one-time charge when you approve the payment. Access is delivered digitally by unlocking the chosen event after payment is confirmed. Keep your payment receipt and return from the same browser and device where possible. The event configuration and access receipt can be restored from browser storage, but the player roster and caller history remain in the active tab. Clearing site data, private-browsing restrictions, or changing devices may remove local setup state. If payment succeeds but access is not delivered, contact us through the contact page.

4. Refunds

Refund eligibility and the request process are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes a mandatory consumer right that applies to you.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of words, images, titles, and other content you add. You give Funtika LTD a limited license to store, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to create cards, deliver your game, and operate the service.

You must have permission to use the content you upload. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, or infringing content, malware, or personal information you do not have permission to share.

6. Public community games

A game is public only when the host chooses to publish it. Public titles, word lists, styles, and optional host information may be visible to anyone and indexed by search engines. Player names and individual player cards are not intended for publication. We may remove or restrict public content that violates these terms or creates a safety, legal, or quality risk. 7. Acceptable use

You may use SnapBingoX for personal, educational, workplace, charitable, and commercial events. You may not:

• use the service for unlawful gambling, fraud, deception, or to violate gaming or prize laws;
• interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, bypass card or payment limits, or access another host's private event without permission;
• automate requests in a way that degrades the service; or
• resell, copy, or present the SnapBingoX service itself as your own product without written permission.

You are responsible for your event, prizes, participants, and compliance with local rules. SnapBingoX does not provide gambling or legal advice.

8. Children

Children may participate in a bingo game under the direction of a parent, teacher, caregiver, or other responsible adult. A purchaser must be legally able to enter into a contract or act with the permission of a parent or guardian.

9. Intellectual property

The SnapBingoX name, site design, software, original graphics, and service content are owned by or licensed to Funtika LTD. These terms do not transfer those rights to you. They do not restrict ownership of the content you add to your own game.

10. Service availability

We work to keep SnapBingoX available and accurate, but internet services sometimes fail. The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, that every device or printer will produce identical results, or that public community content is accurate or suitable for your event.

11. Responsibility and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Funtika LTD is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. For a claim connected to a paid event pack, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for that pack. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

12. Suspension and termination

We may restrict access to an event or the service when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, enforce these terms, or secure the platform. You may stop using the service at any time.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date on this page. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
