Restore your purchase
Paid for an event pack and your cards are gone? A new phone, a cleared browser, a tab closed during checkout — none of that takes your pack away. Put it back on this device here. No account, no sign-in, no password.
Your pack is back on this device
Keep the order id — it restores this pack on any device, as often as you need.

Your event is ready to open
We rebuilt the game this pack was bought for. Open the host console to hand out player links and call the game, or open the card editor to download the whole pack as a printable PDF.
One thing we cannot rebuild: your word list
This pack was bought for a custom-word game. Those words only ever existed in your browser and in the links you shared — we never stored them, so we cannot type them back for you. Open the card editor, enter the same words again, and this pack applies to them automatically: no second payment, and the same number of cards. Opening your original game link, or any player link from that event, brings the words back too.
This pack's 90-day window has ended
Hosted play and re-downloads run for 90 days from the date of purchase, and that period is over for this order. Any PDF you already downloaded is still yours to print, forever.
Why we ask for two things
A PayPal order id is not a secret — it is printed in the receipt email, so a forwarded receipt would otherwise be enough for a stranger to take your pack. The email you paid with is the second factor. When the two do not match a completed payment we say so without saying which one was wrong, and that is deliberate. Restoring never removes the pack from your other devices, and it never charges you again.
What comes back, and what cannot
Every restore returns the identical deck in the identical order, so cards already handed out still match, along with the rest of the 90 days of hosted play and re-downloads that started when you paid. A 75-ball or 90-ball event rebuilds completely, including orders taken long before this page existed. A custom-word game comes back too, except for the word list itself when the purchase predates us storing it — retype the words and the pack reattaches on its own.
If this does not work
Write to us with the PayPal order id and the date of the payment and we will restore it by hand. If the charge should not have happened at all, our refund policy explains what we can refund and how long it takes. Never send a card number, a bank account number, or a password — the order id is all we need.
